If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Non-returnable items: used electronics, damaged items, software, or clearance/sale products.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
