Epson EcoTank L3250 Wireless All-in-One Ink Tank Printer

This is Epson's compact wireless EcoTank, built for students and home offices that want to stop buying expensive ink cartridges. It prints, scans, and copies, and the included ink bottles give you an absurd 8,100 pages in black and 6,500 in color—roughly three years of average use. The trade-off is that color prints are slow and duplexing is manual, but if you want the lowest possible cost per page with Wi-Fi convenience, it's a fantastic budget workhorse.
