The Tracker You Can Wear When Your Watch Comes Off.
Helio Strap extends the Amazfit training system beyond the watch, allowing tracking to continue when your smartwatch is charging, resting, or simply not being worn. Wrist for daily wear. Arm for training. Your watch does not have to do everything. Your data just needs to stay connected.
Designed for flexibility across training, recovery, and sleep, the system creates a more continuous understanding of how your body is responding over time. By eliminating data gaps and extending battery life, it delivers more complete heart rate monitoring, fatigue assessment, and recovery analysis through real time insights and AI powered recommendations.
One Strap. Three Jobs.
Whether you're training, recovering, or tracking everyday health, Helio Strap adapts to the role you need it to play. Use it as a recovery wearable to monitor sleep, HRV, and recovery signals, as a live heart rate source for compatible smartwatches, cycling computers, fitness equipment, and training apps, or as a training companion that helps support strength training, HYROX preparation, and endurance workouts through deeper performance insights in the Zepp App.
Know When to Push, and When to Recover.
Use Helio Strap as your real time heart rate source for compatible Amazfit smartwatches and third party smartwatches, along with treadmills, cycling computers, fitness equipment, and fitness apps. For activities where wearing a watch isn’t practical, such as team sports, the Helio Strap records your heart rate data and syncs it directly to the Zepp App, even if you’re not carrying your phone.
Heart Rate Data That Keeps Up With Real Training.
Helio Strap tracks heart rate every second and uses a secure arm worn design to help reduce movement interference when the wrist is flexing, gripping, sweating, or moving through high intensity training. Positioned on the upper arm and closer to the heart, the BioTracker™ sensor delivers more stable and consistent readings across strength training, conditioning, running, and hybrid workouts.
Broadcast Live Heart Rate to the Devices You Train With.
Track the Signals Behind Your Recovery.
Understand how your body is responding to training, stress, recovery, and daily activity through continuous insight into heart rate variability, sleep, blood oxygen, stress, exertion, and fitness level. Powered by Amazfit’s advanced BioTracker™ technology, these signals work together to create a clearer view of daily readiness, recovery, and overall capacity over time.
Built for High-Output Training.
Helio Strap is designed for workouts where wrist based wearables may be less ideal, including strength training, hybrid workouts, race style training, and high intensity sessions. Detailed tracking for reps, sets, rest periods, training load, and recovery helps create a clearer understanding of how your body is responding throughout every phase of training.
More than a Recovery Strap. A Real Training Companion.
Helio Strap supports performance focused training through every second heart rate tracking, live heart rate broadcast, and over 50 sports modes available through the Zepp App. From strength training and HYROX Race Mode to training load, training effect, VO₂ max, and recovery time, it helps connect effort, performance, and recovery into a more complete understanding of how you train over time.
Post-Workout Analysis.
Eliminate guesswork and train with precision using advanced performance metrics including VO₂ max, training load, training effect, and recovery time. Get a clear picture of how hard you're working.
